About Brett

I’m a small-town kid at heart, originally from Hillsboro, KS. Growing up, I enjoyed basketball, football, and being active in local clubs. I’m also a pizza enthusiast—with one of my first jobs at the local Pizza Hut, a staple in many small towns. After high school, I worked at Sam’s Club in Wichita, KS, which eventually brought me to Grand Island in 2011 through increased responsibilities. It was here that I met my wife, Amanda, and decided to make Nebraska my home.

In 2014, I shifted careers to follow another passion—vehicles—and spent over 11 years with Tom Dinsdale Automotive. During that time, Amanda and I bought our first home, adopted two wonderful shelter dogs, I graduated from Central Community College, and we welcomed our daughter in 2022.

Now, I’m excited to embark on my next chapter serving the Tri-Cities area—Kearney, Grand Island, Hastings, and surrounding communities—with their insurance and financial needs. I’m proud to foster a supportive work environment for my team while educating our customers about the great options available through my State Farm agency.
